Private Staycation Reservations are recommended to be booked 14 days in advance to deliver our full, one-of-a-kind experience. Virgin Bar will accept bookings with as little as 48 hours’ notice; however, some add-ons may be unavailable for short-notice reservations.

Reservations booked within 7 days or less may be subjected to a strict guests count.

Hosts are welcome to dine in during cafe hours if a private Staycation is not secured and Virgin Bar will do our best to accommodate.

Staycation Reservations are available 7 days a week. We offer flexible booking options before or after our regular operating hours.

Staycation Times:

*Monday - Sunday: Before 11:00 AM

*Monday - Thursday: After 8:00 PM

*Friday & Saturday: After 9:00 PM

*Sunday: After 6:00 PM

These extended hours allow you to enjoy a private uninterrupted Staycation experience at Virgin Bar.

Our Staycation experience can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests, making it perfect for intimate celebrations, gatherings, and special events.

Your Staycation Reservation with us is an all-expenses-paid tropical escape right here in our cafe. All we require is the minimum spend for your reservation, and the entire Virgin Bar becomes yours for your gathering.

Our Staycation pricing varies based on the day of the week and holiday periods:

*Monday - Thursday: $300 minimum + 20% Gratuity

*Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Premium Days): $350 + 20% Gratuity

*Weekdays Holiday Rate: $400 minimum + 20% Gratuity

*Weekend Holiday Rate: $450 minimum + 20% Gratuity

To book your Staycation, simply click the “Book My Staycation” link, select your date, select a time slot before or after hours, confirm your minimum spend, and complete your reservation details.

Once your reservation is received, our Staycation Coordinator will confirm the reservation for you. After review, just sign and return your Staycation Agreement along with your minimum retainer. Your retainer will be applied to your final bill.

We’ll handle the rest and create the perfect tropical experience for you and your guests.

Our Staycation Reservations include full access to the same delicious café menu we offer during regular operating hours — from our signature drinks to our Paradise Plates. You’re welcome to explore and choose anything from our standard menu for your Staycation Reservation.

For guests looking for expanded options, we also offer an additional catering menu featuring appetizers, dinner selections, and more for our Royal Events and off-site celebrations.

Your Staycation experience includes your choice of two “tropical escape” trip lengths:

• 90-Minute Staycation – Ideal for groups of 6 guests or fewer
• 2-Hour Staycation – Recommended for groups of 7 guests or more

This allows each group to enjoy a relaxed, tropical getaway at the perfect pace. Choose the trip length that best fits your celebration, and we’ll take care of the rest.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
• Reservations canceled 14+ days in advance may be rescheduled one time without penalty, subject to availability.
• Reservations canceled within 14 days may incur additional staffing or scheduling fees.
• All reschedule requests must be reconfirmed by a Virgin Bar event coordinator.
• Date changes are not valid without written booking confirmation.
• No-shows forfeit the deposit and any prepaid amounts.

Late Arrivals:
• Parties that arrive late will still end at the originally scheduled end time unless additional time is purchased.

• Reservation time begins promptly at the booked time, not at guest arrival.
• A 30-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
• After 30 minutes with no communication, the event may be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• If the host communicates a delay, Virgin Bar may permit a reschedule (based on schedule availability), though additional fees may apply.

To ensure smooth and efficient service, all private party orders are billed to one master account under the host’s name. Virgin Bar does not allow split checks for private events.

The host is responsible for the full payment of the final bill, including any overages, additional time, or unconfirmed guests. Deposits are applied toward the master bill, and all remaining balances must be paid at the beginning of the event.

All add-on services must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event. If the party exceeds the prepaid or minimum spend, the host will be responsible for covering the difference on a single bill.

Virgin Bar is a strictly non-alcoholic establishment — if we allowed alcohol, we wouldn’t be “Virgin” Bar anymore. Our mission is to create a lavish, non-alcoholic environment centered on sober highs and sober social experiences.
For this reason, no alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises at any time, including during private events.

If alcohol is discovered at your event, Virgin Bar reserves the right to:

End the event immediately with no refunds, and/or

Charge a $250 violation fee

The host is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with this policy. Virgin Bar also reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or engaging in substance use.

Due to limited storage space and health regulations, we are unable to accommodate outside cakes or cupcakes.

However, Virgin Bar offers custom cakes, cupcakes, cupcake towers, and more with advanced notice. We also provide a variety of in-house dessert options, including specialty ice cream, novelty milkshakes, and ice cream desserts, which can be added to your Staycation celebration.

We appreciate your desire to make your celebration special, but we kindly do not allow outside decorations. Virgin Bar is an award-winning café recognized for its distinctive interior architecture and design. Our décor is a permanent part of our brand identity and is not removed, altered, or covered for private events. Like any high-end venue, our aesthetic reflects who we are, and maintaining that experience consistently for all guests is very important to us.

If you’d like to elevate your Staycation and make the space feel extra festive, we offer a full range of professional event design and décor services through our Royal Events. Many of these enhancements are also available as Staycation add-ons. Guests can choose from beautiful options such as:
